Karin! She speaks! O, speak again, bright angel... (sorry...in a Shakespearean mood...you'll just have to bear with me.) Too bad Matt's leaving this blog...the party's just gettin started now. You know, maybe he won't mind if we hang out here, and have Parking Lot Talk once in awhile.
hee... i think im kind of enjoying this little thing we got going on here girls...keeping this blog alive...kind of a nice little hangout....ok, and shannon.....im sorry but i wont give my fight for the title that easily....after all...the blogging rules arent in stone yet...
But you, wonder woman, are safer over here, and in Matt's new blog...as I usually choose identities that include my given name as well as some mood-describing adjective....for now anyway. I may be running out of mood-descriptives that start with an "s." However.....other blogging territories have their own sets of house rules, and they may be much more stringent...requiring clear identification of all guests, excluding myself, of course. I, being the senior member of all blogging communities we both participate in, have the sole Privilege of Vagueness and Crypticism. If anyone wishes to contest this privilege, she may do so in via a written petition presented to the Blog Nazi. I happen to hold that position at the moment, so I will most likely not be very sympathetic to any pleas that contradict my own whims. (Yet another reason I am not on the Care Team.)
In support of Shannon (might I point out that your "initials" often become "SS" O Blog Nazi...not so cool), the house rules over at Castles are ridiculously strict. Shannon is the sole perpetrator of the mysterious identity. All other seemingly mysterious identities are actually rather obvious covers (eg. Belle = Michelle).
Hee hee...you're outnumbered, my Swedish sister! I would have gloated earlier, but I was busy welcoming my niece into the world! It's hard work being an aunt, ya know?
...its not over yet...I think i gott matt over on my side yesterday...i think he thought you guys were just insane...aha, i think im right...i guess i should start some kind of "freedom of name/titles" movement for the independent blogg talker...
(New) Matt was not on your side yesterday! (Had to put a qualifier in there, just for clarity...we don't need to confuse anyone any further...like Matt Martin...you know...the guy who actually writes the posts on here.) He thinks you are just as insane as I am! If he's on anyone's side...it's June's...and she's closer to my side than yours! So there! :-P
Maybe this is getting a tad out of control....I posted that last comment thinking I was on Matt's new blog, hence the qualifier. I'm too flustered to even think straight!
I know...I've been actually working and stuff lately. And now that we've made up and are getting along so well...I haven't been getting riled up enough to post all the live long day. :-) Although if you bring another person onto your twisted little team, I may have to ready myself for real battle. You are like a virus...slowly infecting otherwise healthy young ladies in the mid-Michigan area with your stubborn refusal to follow the blogging rules.
...shannon, shannon...no need to get so worked up about it all....just glad to know i hadnt scared you away from this whole blog commenting thing.... (...not to say that im not happy that i got another member...)
One of these days, Matt's going to get really bored and he's going to look at this page and wonder what has happened to all of us without him...he's going to think that we've all lost it and he'll be right.
I just haven't been as...motivated lately. We need something to chat about now that we're not fighting anymore. I know!!
Did you know you that the perfect structure of the egg can withstand massive amounts of pressure? So much so, that you can't break one in your hand?? Let's try it.....
I most assuredly did NOT try it when I got home, as I was witness to the results of the first two attempts. (Successful attempts, I might add, depending on how exactly you define success.) However enjoyable that show was, I was not eager to replicate the experiment in my own home.
Successful maybe in the sense that it certainly made us all laugh....a lot!!!! however...if they had taken the time to actually listen to instruction and not use their thumbs...however the night would definitely not been nearly so amusing!!!
Borkie bork bork bork. Borkity bork. I LOVE IT! So much fun. The egg event was one not to be missed. Good times. Missed you two at din-din last night. They brought up the egg...Garrett was confused. And chaos ruled. Ashley "taught" us how to play nertz. It's Dutch Blitz without the pretty cards. She also kicked our butts. (Word of the day: Nuxhabad!)
You always get the good words, June....mine is Udahzzz...not nearly as cool. Sounds kinda Biblical though...like...."Udahzzz, son of Nuxhabad" Anyway....
I missed Garrett being confused? And ensuing chaos? Awwww...
i say karin's name can be "peanut". it just fits way too well :).
...and i miss everything in midland so no complainin (though, i don't actually think that was a complaint) ...but wait, i will be at the mid/dow game... GO MHS! CHEMIC PRIDE!
You'll be at the game??? I have to sit on the "other" side! (Under threats of no more home-cooked meals at Mr. T's house...actually threats of barred entry to Mr. T's house...) (Calling Garrett "Mr. T" is kinda funny...it doesn't fit as well as "peanut" fits the borkmeister.)
"Udahzzz, son of Nuxhabad" Good call. Sounds very Biblical genealogical. Today's not nearly as fun: zbfwdieo...too many consonants mushed together. I like "Peanut." A) It definitely falls under the pet-name category, B) It makes me think of peanut butter and chocolate on bananas...mmm....
Proud to be a Charger BEFORE it was cool (in some circles, this is referred to as being a trend-setter or "trendy" for short. Trendy = cool for those of you who weren't aware.)
great...so no i dont only have one, but two pet-names...just wanted to draw your attention to the fact that we have actually passed the 30 comment line on this blog!!! quite something...dont you think!!!! well, off to drink some coffee and write some papers...
well you know my sh-anon...that does sound lovely, but deep in my heart i have not given up hope that i will one day actually get to sit down for a moment of wonderful conversation and get to talk to you my friend (in real life, and not just on here...)
I'm a student at Regent College of the University of British Columbia, which keeps me busy, but in my spare time I like to hang out with friends, drink coffee, read a good book, and occasionally upload to this blog...

Look Karin! We're gonna be famous!
...Except that this blog is now obsolete...:-)
Matt, is that in Chris's basement? I think it's a mirror image if it is...interesting.
...I know shannon...and what a pic to become famous from....but I guess you are right...fame would be to get on the new blog...

OK, so Rumors is officially the new PLT spot. :) Sorry for not checking up on here more frequently Shan!

The blogging rules will not be written on tablets of stone, my dear, but written rather, on our hearts.

Great, we've got a Swedish freedom fighter on our hands now...this sounds safe...[note the heavy sarcasm]

Matt's definitely on my side...whilst you two were squabbling, Matt and I were having a very adult conversation about the purpose of my blogging.
hey shannon...so i dont hear much from you any more... :(
